My LOW this Week
is that I have experiencing some bad days with my depression this week.
My HIGH for this Week
is that I got 2 fun nights out for myself. I went to a cooking class (will be blogging about that in February) and a Bloggers event for a website launch (more about that in February too). It was really nice to have a few hours out of the house!
