Each Thursday, I am going to be sharing a recipe with you!I will pick a recipe from my collection and I will be sharing where I got the recipe and everything. But I am going to include my own photo of the finished food, the original recipe, and try and share the things I changed when I made it!

This week's Recipe:
I just kind of threw this one together - but I love how it turned out. It's thicker than a regular soup, so its like a stew!
Chicken and Vegetables

2 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
4-5 Potatoes, cut up in big chunks (leave the peels on)
Baby Carrots, whole
1 can corn
4 cans Chicken Broth
1 can cream of Chicken
salt and pepper to flavor
3 tbsp Cornstarch or flour
In your crockpot, add all ingredients except for the flour.
Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
Then shred your chicken right in the crockpot.
Add in the cornstarch/flour and mix in real well.
Cook for another couple of hours!
