Recipe Thursday - Chicken & Rice

Each Thursday, I am going to be sharing a recipe with you!I will pick a recipe from my collection and I will be sharing where I got the recipe and everything. But I am going to include my own photo of the finished food, the original recipe, and try and share the things I changed when I made it!

This week's Recipe:
Just a standard chicken and rice casserole dish!

Chicken & Rice

2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked
3 cups rice
1 can chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
mixed veggies
Grated cheese

Cut up chicken breasts into chunks.

Pour rice into a large casserole dish. Add Chicken.

Top rice with broth, soups, and veggies. Mix well.

Put in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Top with Grated Cheese and put back in oven for 15 more minutes!

This sound so good and so quick and eady to make. Printed if off to take with me when I child sit in 2 weeks. Sure sounds like something I can make and still run the girls around to all their activities. Thanks.
