Down Memory Lane....

Here's a fun idea I saw on my friend Amber's blog, so thought I'd join in and see how many memories I get. :)

Here are the directions:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together.
It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember
! And to my ONLINE SCRAPBOOKING FRIENDS - we've had lots of fun together in our crops and such...so I say that counts too!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

3. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments. HAVE FUN!

Your farm set did not have a goat and I teased you about it several times.
Your farm set add-on had an adorable little goatie to make myself.

thanks a million

I have a great memory of actually getting to meet you in person after talking to you several times at crops online!
Thanks for the great photo op and the great company for the day. That class we took was so much fun!
Hope to see you again soon.

My blog is http://www.cindylou333.blogspot.com/

Guess this means I had better update.

I recall Sharon Kay telling me how she was IN LOVE with DeDe Smith's Tearz series, and I'll admit I had no clue who DeDe was, or what Tearz were. She invited me to a chat, and this wonderfully nice designer made me feel oh so welcome, and I became addicted to her kits too LOL!
**geez, my memory isn't as good as it was before pregnancy**
I do remember scolding you about taking time for yourself...and am SO glad that you took a month off for you...although I wonder how much of June was DeDe time!
Please keep making time just for you...you deserve it!

I have such a HORRIBLE memory! I had to pull out my scrapbook to come up with a good one for Amber...but I have one memory with you that always sticks out in my mind...at least most of it does.

We were in Orderville...but I don't remember why exactly. Joey was there too. And he was sleepy...but he seemed to always be tired. He worked too much. But anyway...we were driving back to St. George through Zion National Park in your little car you had all through college. Joey was in the back seat sleeping and we were in the front seat with Chicago's "Greatest Hit's" playing on the radio...and we sang so loud to each song! We were just laughing and having such a great time. And that is one of my most favorite memories of you and me! I think about it every time I hear one of those Chicago songs!

I just had to add this comment from my friend Amber to the comments:

Here's a comment for DeDe. I remember walking home from elementary school with you one day in the rain, we thought we were so smart because we were holding newspapers over our heads. Suddenly we realized we had black ink all over our hair and faces! Also, when Bev, Misty and I blindfolded you and threw you in the creek because it was your birthday. Oh and who can forget singing along to Randy Travis -- and that doesn't even get us to the college days! I have to add, when you told me you were in love with Joey after your first date and I thought you were crazy, but 11 years later you're still together!
