Hello everyone!
I hope all of you had a great week. Once again, I have my HIGH/LOW and a FREEBIE for you.
My
LOW for the week was that with all the Halloween Candy and the staying up late (and eating to keep myself up)...I've gained weight and I feel so fat. I really would like to lose at least 10 pounds before my 10-year High School reunion at Thanksgiving time, but gosh I hate to exercise. Anyways, I NEED to do it, so I hereby make a goal to start eating smaller portions and get some exercise in.
My
HIGH for the week was on Saturday. We took the kids to the BOO AT THE ZOO in Salt Lake City and even though there were SO SO SO many people there, I just really enjoyed having an outing with my family. We tend to be home-bodies and just stay home a lot, but just being outside (a very nice day) and doing something just felt really good. HOGLE ZOO is just a few blocks away from where Joey and I (and JJ) used to live before Joey lost his job. We lived there for 4 years and I really miss the friends and place where we lived. So we decided to pop in on a family that we grew close to when we lived there. Haven't seen them in about 2 years and it was so great to catch up with them and everything! So great! So it was just a really nice day!!!
